On the morning of December 8, 2022, GapOne, the Omnichannel Marketing Automation platform researched and developed by GAPIT Communications, was proudly recognized as one of the Top 10 “Make in Vietnam 2022” Potential Digital Products by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Highly regarded by a panel of judges composed of digital technology experts, renowned scientists, and esteemed ICT journalists with years of industry experience, GapOne—the Omnichannel Marketing Automation platform (for automated multi-channel marketing and customer care)—secured a spot in the Top 10 Potential Digital Products, affirming its effective application in Vietnam’s digital transformation journey.

Over 17 years of development, GAPIT Communications—the developer of the GapOne platform—has continuously listened and gained a deep understanding of the challenges and difficulties that businesses across various industries and sizes face in the digital transformation of Marketing and Customer Care activities.
